The line that distinguishes our B&B leads to architecture and the design of big names that have marked the style of the century just ended. Habita B & B is a sophisticated city residence, a valid alternative to hotels, even the luxury ones, it is different from the unpersonal reception of most hotels, even if it has a five-star service. Habita B & B is situated in Modica Sorda, in a very quiet quarter, netx to a green that will make you feel in the country despite being so close to the city, to the sea and beautiful beaches of Costa Iblea.

Habita is a B & B full of charm where the elements of personal style of the managers shows up; here besides luxury and style you'll find a lot of facilities, indeed the B&B is close to commercial areas. It is the ideal place both for those who travel for business,and for those who are on holiday.



Habita B & B was born from an idea of Ignazio, Interior Design and his sister Stefania, who wanted to join welfare, conviviality, leisure, technology and design .

The rooms are entitled to four great architects (Breuer, Frank Lloyd Wright, Le Corbusier, Mies van de Rohe) and although different in colours and details, all fits the philosophy of Habita : simplicity,elegance, comfort, attention to details are all due to the fantasy of the owners.

There are bon chic bon genre forniture in the dining room, that is a cosy space with soffused lights, with a great counter where you can sip an aperitif or read a magazine of architecture before going out discovering the vitality of Modica,with a lot of clubs and restaurants.

Habita B & B promises a different holiday where every detail becomes a way to rediscover the preciousness of details, shapes and colors.

Elegant and refined place,coloured in variations of gray,with green fabric chandeliers. The headboard of the bed is stone pitch, a typical material extracted from local quarries. The room is furnished with a LCD TV, air conditioning, mini-bar, wireless connection to the Internet. On the walls there are some photographs dedicated to the most important works by Marcel Breuer,an Hungarian architect, a "Maestro"at the Bauhaus leading the Modernist wave.
