An old oil-mill dating back to 1800 was restored according to its original, local architectural style and converted into Villa Giulia.
The entire outer surface is covered with stone, thus enwrapping the Villa's majestic, imposing structure in a magical, enchanting, rural atmosphere of times gone by.

The villa's panoramic position undoubtedly recalls its origins, as it is extremely easy to reach and is immersed in olive groves stretching right up the hill.

In fact, the Villa lies at the foot of the slopes of a hill named Mount Qualandro, on the border between the gentle Tuscan landscape and the green countryside of Umbria; on the top of the mountain in the background stands an impressive castle and a splendid view of Lake Trasimeno and the Chiana Valley stretches out in the foreground.

There are two separate buildings on the estate: the master villa and the small, adjacent villa.

How to get there
A1 motorway exit VALDICHIANA BETTOLLE, take the highway SIENA - PERUGIA; exit at TUORO SUL TRASIMENO;
Continue in the direction of Cortona - Arezzo, after approximately 6 km you will see a refreshment -room called "Puntabella" on your left, continue straight on for approximately another 900 metres and you will find "Villa Giulia" on your right.
