You will be in the centre of the city just from 150 mt the cathedral and 250 metres from the Royal Palace. With a family-run-management we offer large bedrooms with bathrooms/shower (24 hours hot water) inside in each room.

The rooms, totally restored , are provided of window with balcony,with TV, heating and fan on the roof ...all more silents because the walls thirty guarantee, besides an agreeable fresh in the summer and hot in the winter, a silent ambient.

Francesca, Manuela and Fabrizio will be ready to welcome you in an atmosphere as at home and they will give you free map of the city and depliants with some information where you can have a good dish of pasta or a the best pastry, or where you can drink a good wine.

The Italian breakfast  can be enjoyed in the livingroom .

IF YOU HAVE A CAR At your arrival you can leave the car in the courtyard of the palace for the luggage and then we help you to choose the parking. It is available for the guestes a free parking for motor-cycle and bicycle in the court of the palace. To park the car there are private car-parkings at payment extra in the neighbourhood with special price for our customers or at five minutes walking there is a square where a part is a parking..


WHERE WE ARE
The central station, from which every 30 minutes starting the bus to and from the international airport Falcone – Borsellino, is distant only 15 minutes by foot, the port is easy reaching by foot or by bus.The sea and the beach you can reach in 30 minutes with an efficient public bus service.
