The area was once the site of Etruscan dwelling as testified by the numerous remains of settlements in the nearby area. The Borgo can accommodate 4 or 6 people each apartment .

The Dolciano hill is overlooked by an elegant 18th century villa which gives on a splendid Italian garden. Spread out over the surrounding area there are various other buildings, like old farms and stables, included an attractive little church beside the villa . Through a skillful renovation of these rural houses, the Borgo Dolciano holiday-home complex was developed. All our apartments are at the same time functional and surrounded by a warm atmosphere. All around the complex there is a huge secular park at the exclusive use of our guests and also a swimming pool, private parking, tennis court and barbecue. Leave the highway A1 [Autostrada del Sole] in direction Rome at the exit Chiusi - Chianciano Terme and turn on your right following the signs for Chiusi. After about 2 Km, before arriving in Chiusi, turn on your left following the signs for Montallese - Acquaviva. After about 2,5 Km turn on your right at an unpaved road and follow the sign for Borgo Dolciano. After about 100 meters you will find the property Dolciano on your left.
