The new Aparthotel Residence San Niccolò is located in a glamorous 19th century Mansion, recently refurbished, on the Lungarno riverside in front of Piazzale Michelangelo, a wonderful terrace on the charming Florence view.

It is just a short walk away from the heart of art and culture (Piazza Santa Croce , Piazza della Signoria , La Galleria degli Uffizi , Il Ponte Vecchio), and at the same time it is close to the Avenues which are the main link-up roads in town.

Our Apartments - all carefully renovated- offer the confort and the privacy of an independent home combining with the high quality of our service. Finished with the utmost taste, they melt elegance of furniture with functionality, typical cotto floors and modern electric kitchens, panoramic windows overlooking a suggestive sight of Florence, and the easiest access by car or bus.

Our Apartments are 1-bedroom Apartments and 2-bedrooms Flats located on three floors - with lift - some overlooking the Arno riverside, some other overlooking the typical red roofs and towers of the town.

Each apartment has a cooking corner (electric kitchenette) provided with full cooking equipment and fridge, living area/room, bathroom with shower.

The Apartments: Romantic bedrooms and comfortable living rooms - just refurbished - have an elegant classic style: clear wooden furniture perfectly fit the bleu tapestry, while the intimacy of cotto or parquet floors meet the crystal of the tables and the transparence of the lamps, creating around our guests the charming atmosphere of old Florence; in the bathrooms orange and green walls perfectly meet Carrara marbles.
