The restaurant

On the upper floor, the air-conditioned restaurant features two large and well-lit rooms that can seat about 220 people.

There are special menus to offer our guests a chance to taste Umbria's traditional cuisine, accompanied by wines that have been specially selected by our sommelier, Francesco Marchetti.

And then there's a selection of the finest grappa, to be sipped as you sit back and relax.

The restaurant is also just the place to enjoy our delicious buffet breakfast, featuring homemade sweets and pastries, as well as recipes to help you discover traditional flavors.
Whilst remaining firmly rooted in Umbrian tradition, the cuisine at the Dal Moro Gallery Restaurant Café aims to awaken new sensations through the use of a variety of refined tastes that combine to create a new style of cooking and an improved quality of life.

A large garage and private parking are available to give your car a rest too, while the lounge areas feature two lovely terraces, including one with a swimming pool.
There is also a meeting room that can seat 30-40 people, complete with a sound system, microphones, amplifiers, and video-projection equipment.
The small library, which is kept up to date and includes books about Umbrian art and culture, is open to our guests to make them feel truly at home.
The lobby also features an Internet point, where guests can go on line, and send or receive e-mail.
