The Moorland Guesthouse is a family oriented establishment located in a quiet, remote landscape of wild, high moorland only 15 minutes from Donegal Town by car. We are open year-round and our facilities include 8 en-suite bedrooms, restaurant, lounge with open fire, health and beauty clinic, sauna and car park.

We offer you quiet nights and if you are interested you can get pampered in our health and beauty salon and sauna. The landlady Rosemarie herself does body massages,reflexologieand beauty treatments.
Good cusine will be prepared from the landlord Walter himself.
The guesthouse is quiet and remote the ideal place to relax and unwind if you wish.
But we have more to offer: If you like fishing we can offer over 50 lakes, rivers for course and game fishing we can also organize deep see fishing. We can make arrangements for golf on different courses. We offer also horse riding but only in a week package, the horses are from the horse holiday farm in Sligo.

Rooms
We offer 3 x double - 1 x triple and 4 x twin bedded bedrooms, all our rooms are ensuite,built and furnished to a high standard they are very bright and central heated with beautiful views. All internal walls are block built.

Dining...
Our restaurant is only catering for our staying guests we can seat 20 guests,from the beginning we thought small is beautiful.
We always try to provide a homely and relaxing atmosphere for our guests. The landlord Walter is cooking himself; we offer an ala carte menu, for longer staying guests there is halfboard available.
Walter offers a very good international cuisine for a resonable price.
